    1. General Refund Guidelines

    Refunds are only considered under specific conditions and are not guaranteed once work has commenced. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to support@tekzeno.com with valid reasons and supporting details.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

    Before Work Commences

    • If no work has started and resources have not been allocated, you may be eligible for 100% refund of the advance payment.

    After Work Commences

    • If partial work has been done, refunds will be based on the percentage of the project completed.

    • In most cases, 30% to 50% of the advance payment may be refunded.

    • Any completed deliverables or designs provided to the client will be deducted from the refund amount.

    No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

    • More than 80% of the work is completed

    • The client fails to provide necessary inputs or approvals in a timely manner

    • Delays are caused due to client-side issues

    • Services like domain registration, hosting, or third-party subscriptions are purchased

    • Digital goods (like graphics or code) have already been delivered

    3. Non-Refundable Services

    The following services are strictly non-refundable once delivered or purchased:

    • Custom design work

    • Website development milestones already completed

    • SEO work already executed (including on-page and off-page tasks)

    • Social media content/planning

    • Monthly support or maintenance services

    • Domain name purchases or hosting services

    4. Cancellation by Tekzeno

    If Tekzeno Tech Solutions, for any reason, cannot fulfill the project or deliverables, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the situation.

    5. Refund Process

    If your refund is approved:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

    • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase (Bank/Wise/Payoneer)

    6. Dispute Resolution

    If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through open communication.
